Built on a slope immediately adjacent to the main road in Marigot Bay, Villa Case et Cuisine (CEC) fully utilizes its terrain to create four terraces stepped alongside and above the house . . . first one being at the entry gate, with an outdoor shower for cleaning-up upon return from the beach. Second terrace is an outdoor living space with barbecue and umbrella-covered dining table and chairs alongside the pool, opening into the living room, each of the first floor bedrooms, and to a bathroom. Third terrace, with four padded teak chaise lounges, is at edge of waterfall which cascades into the pool; and at top of the pie-shaped lot, a gazebo-covered terrace offers sunset views over the house to Marigot Bay & Mt. St. Jean.
This two-bedroom villa, with four-poster, Queen-size beds, and two spacious bathrooms, is entirely newly renovated with state-of-the-art equipment. A bright and breezy loft with dormer windows on each side, two twin beds, and a desk equipped with printer/scanner/fax machine and high-speed internet connection, overlooks the living room, which opens at one end onto the pool terrace and at other end onto porch overlooking Marigot Bay and the sea.
