We have the opportunity to have this great little cottage to use as a fundraiser for a charity. We are asking a minimum of $140/night Donation per two people. Each additional person is only $20 more. Yes, Kids are considered people too! lol Babies under 1 yr are Free! $50 Sanitize fee, $100 fully refundable damage deposit. We keep the cottage sweet and simple - TV with VCR and videos; board games, CDs and CD/radio; plug'n' play simple video games. We no longer provide as most of our guests come with their own wifi, laptops and ipads. A courtyard "mini game room" and a kids little tikihut/playhouse is provided for your added enjoyment. We are offering this Great cottage getaway at this really crazy inexpensive price in order to get more volume year round to raise more money. Everyone benefits - you get the Great deal!
