This is a beautiful home only 1 mile from the beach or a 3 minute drive. The shuttle for the beach and boardwalk is also right across the street and will take you to your destination. This home will be even more beautiful by the 2006 season as painting and some redecorating will be occuring this winter.

A contract can be established and be legally binding with owner of home to hold your desired week. Upon receiving and signing your contract, a 50 % deposit is required to reserve. The other 50 % down will be due 30 days before your rental date and a reminder letter will be sent for your convienence. More specific weekly prices of saturday - saturday are as follows: Week of: May 20 = $1000 May 27= $1200 June 3 and 10 = 1400 June 17 = 1600 June 24 - aug 19 = $1900 Aug 26 = 1650 sept 2- 23 = 950 Sept 30 = (huge Halloween events in rehoboth = 900 weeks after this are 800 per week. If not rented, daily rates are also allowed offseason for $150 per night with 2 night minimum!

Sleeping 14, it is a clean,nicely furnished and beautifully decorated twin home that provides all the amenities including 3 televisions, DVD/VCR's, charcoal grill, garage, screened porch, central air condition, community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and large ponds and plenty of parking. It is also walking distance to Jungle Jims water park and a short drive to Lewes and Dewey beach. THis is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area.
