This fully renovated Paris apartment, redesigned by an architect, is a Marvelous "pied-à-terre" in Le Louvre area. It is a combination of the charm of 18th century spirit and contemporary necessities. The elegant and bright space is filled with an artistic blend of French styling and other objects d'Art. An antique "bibliothèque directoire" and some Rococco and upscale furnishing are in the living-room. The three large windows make it very light and sunny. Original features have been carefully restored, including original Parquet de Versailles, moldings and stone fireplace. An archway will take you to a spacious and romantic living-room with sparkling crystal chandeliers, a day-bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A tastefully decorated small kitchen for your morning breakfast or for light meals at home is next to the living-room. The entrance opens to the left into a charming bedroom with a double bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, a full shower and separated toilet. The living room has lovely floor to ceiling French windows that open onto the street and facing the Banque de France beautiful building It is appointed with a mix of antiques, cosy sofa, a dining table and a couch that folds out to make a single bed. There is color cable TV, a radio/cassette/CD player and a telephone. This apartment comfortably can sleep a couple and one child.
