Additional Fees: 11.75% Tax added to RATE, $500 min. Security Deposit (refundable 30 days of departure); $175 Cleaning Fee; and a $35/day or $200/week Utility Fee to heat/operate private pool & spa. *Utilties are paid directly by guests on reservations of 2 weeks or longer.
