The unique large private deck is an inviting place to entertain. It's also a great place to sunbath or relax in private with a drink and snack or a good book. There's a great view of the activity on the beach. A beautiful view of the ocean and beach greets you in the greatroom. A large cable TV with DVD/VCR is available for catching the latest movies, favorite shows, and sports, Comfortable Leather recliners and colorful sofas welcome you to relax. Step out onto the balcony and private deck through sliding glass doors. A roomy, well equipped kitchen satisfies both the gourmet cook and the quick and easy preparer. Granite countertops are upscale and easy to maintain. The dining table expands as needed with a simple pop-up leaf. In addition to the normal range/oven and refrigerator/freezer, the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker as well as a full set of cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom with its own view of the ocean has a King sized bed and large TV. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub with shower and granite counter top vanity. New Smyrna Beach is close to Orlando and Central Florida's attractions. Day trips are an easy drive, with Orlando just an hour away, you can visit Disney World, Sea World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, MGM Studios. Short drives along the coast bring you to Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, St. Augustine (the oldest city in the USA), and much more! They are all easy "day trips". New Smyrna Beach and other nearby cities offer live theater with productions throughout the year. Named one of the "Top Small Cities for the Arts", New Smyrna Beach is home to the Atlantic Center for the Arts, an artists-in-residence community, and many other galleries and exhibits. The Little Theatre of New Smryna Beach has just finished a major renovation. There are Jazz Festivals and other outdoor concerts. Nearby Daytona Beach has live celebrity performances and trade shows throughout the year at the Peabody Auditorium, Seaside Music Theatre, and Ocean Center. The New Smyrna Beach Municipal golf course is an 18 hole Donald Ross design. Both Sugar Mill Country Club, and Turnbull Bay courses are located approximately 15 minutes from the beach. Sugar Mill features 27 holes of Championship Golf and is rated as one of the top courses in the state. Turnbull Bay, designed by Gary Wintz, is an environmental masterpiece.
