It has a refreshing outdoor pool, heated indopor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, an on-site restaurant(Ocean Forest Cafe' which offers a great breakfast buffet), Bleachers Sports Bar located on the 7th floor, oceanfront walking trail, playground/park(a short walk), a poolside bar & grill(seasonal). The resort is a 23 story, concrete & steel building. The building is freshly remodeled with a new lobby, elevators, and exterior. Our condo unit 1413 has just been remodeled with new furniture, ceramic tile, wallpaper, lighting, appliances, and nautical framed art. It also features a clean & modern kitchen & living room, a large bedroom, an attached dressing area that includes another sink & mirror, and a full bath. The unit sleeps 6, with 2 full size beds, a queen sleeper sofa with a comfortable innerspring mattress, central heat & air conditioning, a VCR, and 2 cable TVs.
