LOCATION : Our house is located in one of the most desirable locations in Korcula: Sveti Nikola, a beautiful sea promenade lined with palm trees, overlooking the old town. It rests in the shadow of St.Nikola’s church tower with a picturesque sea view and is surrounded by a mature garden of Mediterranean plants and trees. ACCOMMODATION: We have two attractively decorated apartments to rent: Apartment 1 is located on the upper (first) floor of the house and consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of which is ensuite. The master bedroom has stunning views over the Korcula channel and the Peljesac peninsula while the other bedroom has a garden view. The kitchen/dining room overlooks the terrace that is overgrown with a 30-year-old, shadow providing vine tree. The terrace is for sole use of tis apartment. Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of two small bedrooms, a shower room, a large kitchen/dining/sitting room with a large patio/garden and the sea view. This appartment is ideal for people with small children and/or pets as garden is entirely secluded by stone-built wall. There is also an extra DOBLE and SINGLE BEDROOM for rent in the house, ideal for couples or single travellers. Private parking space is provided for all guests.
