There is also a small seating area, and a large bathroom with bath/wc. Villa Armi is equipped with central heating, at an extra charge. Further there is a telephone for incoming calls only, and an iron with ironing board. The nearest long sandy beach is 1900 metres away. There is a mini market at some 500 metres from the villa, and the nearest taverna can be found at 900 metres. More tavernas and shops can be found in the villages of Georgioupolis and Argiroupolis, at a distance of 5 km, and the town of Rethymno is 13 km away.
