Villa, built out of stone in Dalmatian style, is located in the heart of Dubrovnik at the most beautiful and constantly sunny seaside area-Gruz bay. Our guests can completely relax while enjoying the serenity of the moment and the most breathtaking views of the lovely city of Dubrovnik and the famous Elaphite islands! Villa has a great position in terms of being close, within 5-10 minutes of walking distance, to: supermarkets, the post office, the banks, bus stations, the shopping centers, the restaurants, the main bus station (bus to the airport), the harbor, marine (where many yachts are located), cafe bars, fish market, etc. Our lovely villa consists of two very spacious and comfortable flats, 6 extremely spacious and bright bedrooms that are headed to the sunny, exactly to the East side. An each flat’s size is 120 square meters. The villa also possesses fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, two balconies, two very large terraces with nice sea-views (there are dining areas at the terraces), gardens, and many other facilities. Also, our guests have a very spacious free private parking space in front of villa, the separate entrance into the house, large terraces and balconies where they can enjoy the fresh air, outstanding view, and a high quality of service as well as friendliness of our staff! The surrounding environment of Mediterranean trees gives the charm or the harmony of serenity to the villa. Our guests can completely relax by being surrounded by this wonderful nature and by having the excellent sea-views at the Elaphite islands and almost entire Dubrovnik! There are 2 spacious terraces, built of stone in the renaissance style, where our guests can enjoy the serenity of a moment while not being disturbed by anyone.
