If you require a miad servicemore frequently this can be arranged at a cost to yourself. Stunning luxury 4 bedroom penthouse in Alanya. (Turkish Riviera). Sleeps 10 - 12 people comfortably. Penthouse overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The penthouse is on a very well maintained complex with communal swimming pool, surrounded by beautfiul landscaped gardens.Large terraced area around pool with sun loungers,parasols etc. The complex has a private beach 10 min walk from complex. A free shuttle bus service to the beach runs from complex. The complex is in Kestel appox 3 kms from Alanya town centre. Very spacious open plan lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. " x 3 seater sofas in lounge convert into double beds. The lounge is furnished very comfortably and is luxurious. . The fully fitted kkitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite worktops with breakfast bar + stools. The dining area is very nicely furnished and comfortable.seating for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for a luxury self catering holiday. All cookware etc provided. The master bedroom has super king sizebed, ensuite steam shower enclosure with jacuzzi bath, vanity sink unit. There are a further 2 bedrooms with twin single beds. The 4th bedroom has super king size bed. Bathroom 1 has large shower enclosure, vanity sink unit and w.cA washing machine is also fitted in this bathroom. Bathroom 2 has sauna for 6 people, jacuzzi bath, shower, vanity sink unit and w.c. A seperate w.c. is on 1st floor. All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. All linen and towels are supplied. Please do not use these towels at pool or beach area. The soft furnishings and fittings have been very carefully chosen to add to the lixuriousness of this penthouse. The penthouse is fully air conditoned. Electricity is charged seperately at 50 cents per unit payable on last ay of vacation to property manager. There are 4 balconies, adjacent to lounge and 3 bedrooms. Absolutely stunning sea and mountain views can be seen from these areas. There are restaurants,bars and shops within walking distance of the penthouse. Alanya is a beautiful town and has miles of golden beaches and blue sea. There are many historical and cultural sights in and around Alanya. The arbour area is very popular with tourists and has many fine restaurants, bars and nightclubs. You can go sailing, fishing, boat trips and many other water sports in this area. Shopping is plentiful in Alanya with many bragains to be found.
